Return Policy

We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! We offer exchanges and returns for your Spiritually Made jewelry pieces within 21 days of your purchase date.your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases][include any that are applicable]. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Free Standard Shipping for Domestic Orders Over $50

We offer Free Standard Shipping for Domestic Orders totalling over $50 at Checkout. Offer is based on the total order amount after any discounts, and does not include any taxes or tariffs.

If your package is returned to us because you did not supply a complete shipping address, or because you have moved and did not update your forwarding mail address, or if you chose not to pay the customs fees when the package arrived in your country, then we will notify you and you will have to pay the shipping again for the package to be sent a second time.

No matter if you are domestic or international, whichever mail carrier you choose is responsible for delivery of your package. We have no control over how quickly any shipping service delivers a package once it leaves our business. We do everything we can to help with delayed or lost packages. You can always contact your local USPS office and ask to speak to the post master, or contact the shipping service you chose for further support on the delivery of your package.

International customers: if you prefer a shipping method beyond USPS we do offer FedEx, please send us a message to discuss options. Otherwise, we ship all international orders via USPS. International customers are responsible for all customs fees on the package. Once a package leaves our workshop we no longer have control over the package. International customers are responsible for contacting their local carrier to determine the status of any package through the tracking number we provide you.

We are not responsible for lost packages, but we do everything we can from our side with the United States Postal Service to help you locate your lost package. While most international packages arrive within 1-2 weeks it can take up to 8 weeks for delivery in some countries. Be aware that any international customs office can detain a package for up to 30 days.


Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals in our Spiritually Made, majority of our crystals will be final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page). That being said, if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers makes for happy crystals!



Return Order Form


To initiate a return, please email us at 1800tarotstea@gmail.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 566 Morgan Avenue, Las Vegas, NV, 89149.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.


Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your money back to your original method of purchase within 48 hours. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
